Harshita Khare is a trained professional with 8+ years of experience in client engagement and operations management. Her earlier stint at IndiaMART and Rlight Ventes as team lead inculcated a spirit of service leadership in her. She is adept in handling the back end office operations at Flyby Aviation.

Started her career with ITC Fortune group of Hotels and followed her passion to be a cabin crew in the year 2007.Assimilated a decade of global experience with renowned domestic and international airlines which include Spicejet , Airindia and Jet airways .She holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism.She is now dedicated to cabin crew counselling and training.Harleen carries strong service and grooming etiquettes, bringing meticulousness and dedication to the profession of cabin crew.
